Bunkaya B. Gana
Mr. Gana holds LL.B. and B.L. degrees. In 1988, he graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria and has over 20 years working experience.
He worked with L.D. Nzadon & Co legal practitioners between 1990 and 1992 and Taraba Investment and Properties Ltd between 1992 and 1997 before joining Afribank Trustees & Investments Ltd in 1997 as a manager.
He has attended several courses organized by Euromoney including Mortgage Securitization in Kampala, Uganda, and Management and Leadership in Lagos, Nigeria.

Uyota Ohwojero
Uyota Ohwojero is a graduate of the University of Benin with a B.SC Accounting degree (2012), an Associate Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians West Africa (A.A.T.W.A) 2010, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) 2013, An Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A) 2017 and a registered Professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) 2022.
He began his career in 2014 working as a Semi-senior Auditor with Bayo Arikawe and Co Chartered Accountants. In 2015 he joined Pedabo as an Audit and Tax Associate where he led high profile audit and tax engagement in the financial services and Oil Servicing industry. He joined Total Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited in 2017 as the Country General Ledger and Corporate Reporting Accountant in charge of Fixed Assets, month-end accounting closure processes for all Joint Venture Operations and Non-Operated Assets. In 2022 he became the Financial Controller of Cititrust Asset Management Limited and led the finance and accounting team into successful mergers and divestments while also ensuring the financial stability of the company’s operations. He joined Greenwich Trustees Limited as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in August 2023

Dorcas Lamba
Dorcas Lamba has a B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (2000). She also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (2004)
She began her career working as an Administrative Officer in Kuyet Nigeria Ltd in 2005- 2006. She proceeded to Afribank Trustees Ltd (later Mainstreet Trustees) from 2006 to 2017 where she worked in various units of the company ranging from the Capital Market Unit, Research Unit and subsequently Operations Unit where she excelled and became the Head of Operations. Following the acquisition of Mainstreet Trustees by Greenwich Trustees Ltd in 2017, Dorcas was made the Head of Treasury Operations, a position she still holds.

Kemi Olukomaya
Kemi Olukomaya is a graduate of the Olabisi Onabanjo University with B.SC Accounting (2002) and a graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology with MBA in Financial Management (2009). She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
She began her career in 2004 working as the Accountant/Administrator at Flagship Healthcare from 2004-2005. In 2005, she worked as an Accountant at the Institute of Capital Market Registrars for 4 Months after which she joined Union Registrars Ltd in 2005 and was later appointed the Head of Finance and Account in 2010 at Union Express Limited. She worked with Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited from 2014-2019.

Sheriff Ladipo
Sheriff is a trained Industrial and Production Engineer from the prestigious University of Ibadan. He has garnered over 20 years of experience in different roles and responsibilities from engineering, human resources, sales, and marketing in top-tier companies in various industries which include banking, manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate.
A strong believer in technology, changes, and team spirit. He joined the Greenwich Trust Group in January 2023 as a Group Human Resource Team member.

Oluwatoyin Oyebode
Oluwatoyin Oyebode is a graduate of the University of Lagos, where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) and was called Nigerian Bar. She started her career at, Ferd Orbih & Co. and Leadway Capital & Trusts Ltd. At Leadway Capital & Trusts Ltd, she was instrumental in the Private Trust department where she was heavily involved in the iWill project (a digital Will writing application one of the first in Nigeria). Afterward, she joined PAC Trustees Ltd where she worked as the Head of Trust Operations and excelled. Subsequently, she was made the Head of the Private Trust Unit in addition to her role.
Oluwatoyin has attended and spoken at various courses/workshops on Estate Planning and Administration in Nigeria. She is currently Head, Corporate and Private Trust Services, Greenwich Trustees Limited.

Ayodeji Oshati
Ayodeji is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years extensive experience in financial reporting and control, financial planning and analysis, strategy, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory reporting and compliance, audit and assurance, tax management and planning, treasury and investment management.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Registered professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), with a certification in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from the ACCA – ACCA CertIFR. He holds a B.Sc Degree in Accounting from Lagos State University (LASU).
Before joining Greenwich Trustees Limited in May 2019 as the Finance Manager, he was the Head, Finance and Accounts at a foremost Fintech Company in Nigeria, ITEX Integrated Services Limited where he had responsibility to provide financial leadership to the company, oversee the financial operation and the accounts function of the company, implement the company’s finance objectives, establish and maintain reliable financial reporting system in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the CBN, policies and practices appropriate within the company and industry at large.
He started his career in 2012, when he joined J.O Awoyemi & Co., an accounting and audit firm as an Audit trainee where he rose through the ranks to become an Audit Manager in less than three (3) years. In February 2016 he joined Riverdale Professional services as an Audit Supervisor and was seconded to Meristem Securities in a CFO Engagement contract. As a result of his outstanding performance in Six (6) months, Meristem Securities Limited co-opted and appointed him as the Head, Finance and Accounts in August 2016 to oversee and coordinate the finance function of the Group.
As a Strategic Finance Business Partner, Ayodeji is passionate about collaborating with the leadership of the company to drive business growth and profitability.
