MANAGING DIRECTOR

Bunkaya B. Gana

Mr. Gana holds LL.B. and B.L. degrees. In 1988, he graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria and has over 20 years working experience.

He worked with L.D. Nzadon & Co legal practitioners between 1990 and 1992 and Taraba Investment and Properties Ltd between 1992 and 1997 before joining Afribank Trustees & Investments Ltd in 1997 as a manager.

He has attended several courses organized by Euromoney including Mortgage Securitization in Kampala, Uganda, and Management and Leadership in Lagos, Nigeria.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Idowu Sanni

Idowu Sanni is a seasoned chartered accountant with vast experience in financial reporting, financial planning and strategy, financial analysis, regulatory reporting, auditing and assurance, internal control evaluation and performance management.

Idowu holds a B.Sc Degree in Accounting from University of Ado-Ekiti (Now Ekiti State University) with Second Upper Division and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is An Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered of Accountants of Nigeria.

Before joining Greenwich Trustees Limited in March 2022, Idowu had previously served as the Financial Controller for Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc, a foremost primary mortgage bank, where his role included financial planning, financial analysis, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, optimizing investment portfolio and performance management. He had also previous served as the Head of Internal Audit for the same organization (Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc).

He started his career in 2005 at A.A. Eromosele & Co., a firm of chartered accountants where he was engaged in audit and assurance, and financial advisory services. He later joined GTHomes Ltd in 2008 as the first Internal Auditor and helped reformed the mortgage bank’s system of internal control. In 2009 he moved to PHB Asset Management Ltd as a Finance Officer with the primary responsibility of assisting the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Thereafter, in May 2010, he joined Express Discount Asset Management Ltd as a Finance Officer. His responsibilities as a finance officer includes preparation and analysis of financial statements, financial planning, regulatory reporting, performance management, managing the company’s budgeting process, and supervision of the company’s Operations Unit. In April 2011, Idowu was appointed as the Acting Financial Controller for Express Discount Asset Management Ltd; and later in September 2011 he joined Treasure Capital & Trusts Ltd as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

He was also the Head of Internal Control and Audit for Cityflex Integrated Services Limited between 2015-2016. He joined Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc in 2016 as the Head of Internal Audit and became the Financial Controller for the same company (Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc) in 2019.

Sunday Oyekale

Sunday Oyekale is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (UK) and a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He worked as an Audit Trainee with Gbenga Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 2005.

Sunday later joined Mutual Alliance Group in 2007 and worked in various capacities in different departments for ten (10) years. He rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in one of the subsidiaries. He joined Heritage Capital Markets Limited in January 2017 as the Chief Risk/Compliance Officer and later moved to Greenwich Trustees Limited in July 2019 as Chief Compliance Officer.

Sunday is a dynamic Chartered Accountant, astute Investment adviser, a guru in Corporate Governance, Ethics and a SEC Registered Compliance Officer.

RISK MANAGER

Kemi Olukomaya

Kemi Olukomaya is a graduate of the Olabisi Onabanjo University with B.SC Accounting (2002) and a graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology with MBA in Financial Management (2009).  She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

She began her career in 2004 working as the Accountant/Administrator at Flagship Healthcare from 2004-2005. In 2005, she worked as an Accountant at the Institute of Capital Market Registrars for 4 Months after which she joined Union Registrars Ltd in 2005 and was later appointed the Head of Finance and Account in 2010 at Union Express Limited.  She worked with Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited from 2014-2019.

HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMIN

John Mornu

John Mornu is a graduate of the Covenant University Ota, Ogun State (2009) with a B.SC Business Administration and a graduate of the University of Lagos (2019) with Masters in Risk Management.

He began his career with Media Trust Limited as the Human Resource Executive (2010-2012), after which he was appointed Team Member, Talent Resourcing & On-Boarding (Human Capital Management) and the HR Business Partner, Head Office at United Bank of Africa between 2012 to 2015. Before he joined the Greenwich Group, he was the Head, Outsource Employee Management (Human Capital Management) with Keystone Bank Limited from 2015-2019. He joined the Greenwich Trust Group in June 2019 as a Group Human Resource Team member.
